folgenerma\u00dfen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>kognitive Verarbeitungsgeschwindigkeit<\/li>\n<li>verbales und visuell-r\u00e4umliches Kurzzeitged\u00e4chtnis<\/li>\n<li>mentale Flexibilit\u00e4t (Multitasking)<\/li>\n<li>Arbeitsged\u00e4chtnis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Besonders relevant ist hier die kognitive Verarbeitungsgeschwindigkeit, denn dies spielt eine gro\u00dfe Rolle in der Fr\u00fcherkennung und Follow-up der kognitiven Einschr\u00e4nkungen bei MS.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Beeintr\u00e4chtigung der genannten kognitiven Dom\u00e4nen kostet den Patienten erhebliche Einschr\u00e4nkungen beim allt\u00e4glichen Leben, insbesondere beim beruflichen Leben. \u00a0Folgende Bereiche des allt\u00e4glichen Lebens werden besonders betroffen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arbeitsverh\u00e4ltnis<\/li>\n<li>Fahrerlaubnis<\/li>\n<li>Psychiatrische Komorbidit\u00e4ten<\/li>\n<li>Sexuelle Funktion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<style Grad des kognitiven R\u00fcckgangs bei MS-Patienten korreliert mit dem Schweregrad der zerebralen Pathologie und der L\u00e4sionsbelastung der MRT, einschlie\u00dflich der Persistenz von T1-Schwarzen L\u00f6chern (T1-Black holes), was auf einen Verlust der Gewebearchitektur hinweist, und der Atrophie des Corpus callosum und des Thalamus.
